Augusto antes de Augusto: La amonedación de C. Julio Octaviano en su imaginario
Résumé
de ser conocido con este último título, tanto es así, que M. H. Crawford no incluye sus últimas
emisiones dentro de su obra Roman Republican Coinage. En este trabajo hacemos un breve repaso
sobre la temática iconográfica de las acuñaciones de Octaviano, en la que ya se puede encontrar
temas desarrollados por la amonedación imperial, de la que no es más que una continuación.
